The world has become increasingly fast paced. We do everything we can to fit as much as we can into as little time as possible. We carry devices that constantly demand our attention and are consistently looking toward our future “somedays”. It’s hard to slow down and enjoy life as it’s happening in the moment. When we can’t enjoy life, we can’t enjoy that feeling of success that comes with it, and what does that do to our mood? I don’t know about you, but I feel down and unsatisfied. So, I want to make a change in my life. I want to focus more on things that make me happy. That’s why I’m taking the 100 Happy Days Challenge.

Every day, over the course of 100 days, I will post 1 thing on Instagram that makes me happy. These happy things will be for me. They won’t be to impress anyone or making anyone jealous, because being dishonest in any way will only shortchange myself. At the end, I’ll have 100 happy things in my life too look back on when I’m feeling down and it’ll help me realign my way of thinking.
